Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Zero tolerance

Yesman has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that sexualises, grooms, endangers or exploits a minor are absolutely prohibited on our platform, in every part of it — profiles, photos, task listings, chat messages, and voice and video calls.

There is no context in which this is permitted, and no warning step before we act. An account used for any of it is terminated.

Yesman is a service for adults

Registration is restricted to adults. Under our Terms of Service (AGB), only persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity may create an account. Minors are not permitted to use Yesman, with or without a parent's involvement.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete the associated data.

What is prohibited

The following are banned outright and will be removed and reported:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, drawings, text or generated content.
• Sexualised depiction or description of a minor, real or fictional.
• Grooming: building a relationship with a minor, or with someone presented as a minor, for sexual purposes.
• Soliciting, offering, trading or advertising sexual content or contact involving a minor.
• Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of a minor.
• Child trafficking, or arranging travel or work for the sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Using a task, a listing or a payment on Yesman as cover for any of the above.
• Linking to, or directing anyone towards, material or services of this kind elsewhere.

How to report

In the app. Every user profile, every task listing and every chat carries a Report action. Choose the reason that fits — inappropriate, illegal, or underage for a suspected minor — and add a comment if you can. The report goes straight to our moderation queue. Reporting is available on Android, on iOS and on the web, and you can block a user from the same menu.

By email. Write to info@yesman.de with the subject line CHILD SAFETY. This is our point of contact for child safety matters, including for law enforcement, child protection organisations and app store operators.

Please do not download, copy, forward or re-upload suspected abuse material in order to report it. Tell us where it is — a username, a listing, a conversation — and we will retrieve it ourselves.

If a child is in immediate danger, call the police first — 110 in Germany, or 112 anywhere in the EU. Then tell us, so we can preserve the evidence.

What happens after a report

• Reports that indicate a risk to a child are treated as the highest priority and are reviewed by a member of staff, not by an automated process alone.
• Content we assess as CSAE is removed from the platform.
• The account responsible is suspended immediately and terminated, and we act to prevent the same person registering again.
• We preserve the relevant account data, content and access records for the authorities, rather than deleting them, and we do not notify the account holder where notification would prejudice an investigation or a child's safety.
• We refer the matter to the competent authorities — in Germany the police and the Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) — and we respond to lawful requests for information from law enforcement in the jurisdictions where we operate.
• Where a report concerns another platform, we pass what we can to that platform and to the relevant hotline.

Legal compliance

Yesman is operated by Bergstone GmbH, Berlin, Germany (see our Imprint). We comply with the child protection and reporting obligations that apply to us, including under the German Criminal Code (StGB §§ 176–184b), the German Digital Services Act implementation (DDG) and the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

We also comply with the child safety requirements of the app stores that distribute Yesman, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.

We review this page at least once a year, and whenever our product, our moderation practice or the law changes in a way that affects it.

Kinderschutz — Kurzfassung auf Deutsch

Null Toleranz. Yesman duldet keinerlei sexuellen Kindesmissbrauch und keine sexuelle Ausbeutung von Minderjährigen (CSAE). Darstellungen des sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern (CSAM), die Sexualisierung Minderjähriger, Cybergrooming, Sextortion und Kinderhandel sind auf unserer Plattform ausnahmslos verboten — in Profilen, Fotos, Anfragen, im Chat und in Sprach- und Videoanrufen.

Yesman ist ein Dienst für Erwachsene. Nach unseren AGB dürfen sich nur volljährige, unbeschränkt geschäftsfähige Personen (mindestens 18 Jahre) registrieren. Erfahren wir, dass ein Konto einer minderjährigen Person gehört, schließen wir es.

So melden Sie etwas. In der App finden Sie bei jedem Profil, jeder Anfrage und in jedem Chat die Funktion Melden. Wählen Sie den passenden Grund — unangemessen, illegal oder minderjährig. Per E-Mail erreichen Sie uns unter info@yesman.de mit dem Betreff CHILD SAFETY. Bitte laden Sie verdächtiges Material zur Meldung nicht herunter und leiten Sie es nicht weiter — nennen Sie uns die Fundstelle, wir rufen sie selbst ab.

Besteht unmittelbare Gefahr für ein Kind, rufen Sie zuerst die Polizei: 110. Informieren Sie anschließend uns, damit wir die Beweise sichern können.

Was dann passiert. Meldungen mit Bezug zu einer Gefährdung von Kindern haben höchste Priorität und werden von einem Menschen geprüft. Betroffene Inhalte werden entfernt, das verantwortliche Konto wird gesperrt und gelöscht, die relevanten Daten werden für die Behörden gesichert, und wir schalten die zuständigen Stellen ein — in Deutschland Polizei und Bundeskriminalamt (BKA).
